FIRST COMMUNION
Sports, reading, playing hide and seek or any other type of activity... it's great to find out what makes your child feel happy. Having your picture taken can be pretty intimidating, even for children, but if it happens while doing something you love, you might not even notice it. Make sure to let them wear something they feel comfortable in and just let the magic happen.
Now that we've covered passion and wardrobe, it's time to find the perfect location for all this. Nature is always a great idea, back to basics and with a little colour. But also this is totally your call. The beach, a graffiti wall, a clover field, a farm, ... Open spaces with lots of natural light are always a winner! We can look into any location, just to make sure your child will feel at ease there.

'They grow up so fast' is probably one of the most used sentences by parents and grandparents, but it's a cliché because it is very true. At the age of six, children are so full of life and fearless, acting like tiny adults, yet they are the little ones in school again. A First Communion or Spring Festival is the perfect excuse to take pictures of your child just like they are, in all their glory. Joyful pictures of your little one to put on a thank you note, invitations or even just for making memories... because they do grow up so fast.

Why book a communion shoot with me?
I always stick to my three core values.
Personal, comfort and full of life.
Every possible shoot starts off the same, with an introductory conversation.
After a conversation where we get to know each other and learn more about what's possible and what (not) to expect, we can pick a date.
On the day of the shoot, comfort is key. Nothing worse than a forced smile and timid pose. We want them to be at their best, showing all their true colours!
Lastly, if you decide to create and capture some beautiful moments with your child, I'm sure you won't regret it. I'll find a way to make some photos that are both full of life and capture their unique personality.
